E.C. Throsby Pty Ltd is currently exporting to more than 50 countries. We are able to supply high quality meat products to markets all over the world.

We process all beef through our own modern onsite boning room. From top of the line premium products to everyday meats, muscle cuts and variety meats, we provide a full spectrum of products to meet the unique needs of our customers and help them provide consumers consistently good eating experiences.

Halal products are available to cater for the international Islamic market.

Export Market

E.C. Throsby exports to many countries spread around the four corners of the world. We have 60 quality products that we supply to our customers every day.

We take the utmost pride in adhering to all aspects of customer, country and religious requirements and delivering the highest quality product to the customer.

The largest percentage of E.C. Throsby exports are to the USA and South East Asia. These exports consist mainly of Bulk Pack Manufacturing Beef destined for the grinding market and beef cuts and offals for the Asian Markets.

Domestic Market

E.C. Throsby also produces a select portion of product for the chilled domestic market, primarily consisting of manufacturing beef and lion cuts.
