our plant

The current processing facility in Whittingham commenced operations in 2000, in the beautiful Hunter Valley NSW Australia. It is just 2.5 hours north by car from Sydney.

This processing facility is one of the most modern site, built in Australia. It is a state of the art facility consisting of a slaughter floor, boning room, offal and tripe rooms, coldstore and Plate Freezers as well as Rendering Plant. All of these were constructed and designed to ensure high productivity with minimal impact on operators and the environment.

The plant processes cows and bulls, and produces product lines such as Bone In Beef, Boneless Beef (Manufacturing & Primal Cuts), Offals, Fancy Meats, Tripe, Meat Meal, Blood Meal and Tallow for the export and domestic markets. We are committed to providing you with superior products at all times.

We care for the entire lifecyle of our animals from paddock to plate, producing a unique product, whole somepremium quality free-range beef.
